About Visits Appointments

Regardless of whether it is your first or follow-up visit, all patients should come to the General Reception on the 8th floor. Depending on the consultation or treatment, you may be asked to move to the 9th floor via the internal stairs.
*Access to the 9th floor is by stairs from the 8th floor only. If you have difficulty with stairs or need assistance, please feel free to let our staff know at reception.

We do not have a real-time automatic system that displays congestion status, but you can get a general idea using the following methods:
① Call our clinic directly: Our staff will inform you of the current waiting room situation.
② Check the 24-hour online booking screen: On the online booking screen, move forward through today’s time slots and check the latest “available slots” to estimate which times are relatively less busy.

About Medical Care Tests

Yes, you may decide after consulting with the doctor on the day of your visit. If you are unsure, please make an online booking under [Insurance-covered care] first, or feel free to contact us via our official LINE.<br/>Based on your current symptoms, we will propose the most suitable plan from both insurance-covered and self-pay options. Please rest assured that we will never pressure you into self-pay treatment.

Yes, you can. Our clinic offers not only dermatology and cosmetic dermatology, but also internal medicine and allergy services. For example, in cases such as “my skin irritation may be caused by allergies” or “my poor physical condition is affecting my skin,” we provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment from both internal and external perspectives. There is no need to visit multiple clinics—you can consult us in one place.

Yes, of course. At our clinic, we aim to provide “STEP (one step ahead)” medical care. In addition to insurance-covered treatment in line with conventional guidelines, we offer a wide range of options, including approaches through allergy and internal medicine, as well as advanced skin-quality improvement menus through self-pay treatment. After listening to your treatment history, we will propose various approaches.

About Billing Payment

Yes. All of our self-pay treatments are provided with transparent billing. Before starting treatment, we will always present the total cost in advance—including procedure fees, anesthesia fees, and aftercare medication costs—and begin only after you have agreed. No unclear additional charges beyond the fee schedule listed on our website will occur.

Yes. For both insurance-covered and self-pay care, we accept various credit cards, e-money, and QR code payments. We also take steps to help reduce waiting time at checkout.

About Facilities Services

We use out-of-hospital prescriptions. After your consultation, we will provide you with a prescription, so please take it to a nearby dispensing pharmacy within 4 days. There are many dispensing pharmacies in the building and around Yurakucho and Hibiya stations, and our staff can also guide you if needed.

We have a powder room designed with privacy in mind. Whether makeup is allowed on the day depends on the procedure, but if makeup is permitted, you may use the provided hair dryer and amenities to touch up your makeup before you leave.
